    Penny for your thoughts.

    I keep hearing that shakes are not the best source of nutrition . But with my job with out them hitting my needs would not happen. How much is it holding me back if at all ?

    I tend to eat as much of a meal as I can at work and have a shake along with it half cup water cup of milk three scoops of EAS choc. Small scoop of natural pb.

    I have this with almost every meal.

    Yep, 405 is spot on.

    I don't know why, but my appetite has gone to sh!t lately. Nothing sounds good and I'm never hungry. I'm thinking this is my body's reaction to over-feeding the past several months. Just got BW, which cane back good and I feel fine, so its my only guess.

    With that being said, I've been eating not so clean just to get my calories where they need to be so I don't lose any muscle tissue.

    I've drank 6 shakes a day for 10 years and it's never held me back.

    It just cant be your ONLY source of protein. Drinking them is fine but I you gotta eat real meals also.

    I try to eat 3 solid meals surrounded by shakes.
