One of our possible near futures. Closer than a lot realize. Just watch red dawn again.

Its stuff like this I never forget and have always remembered to be thankful for what I have and those who helped make is possible (soldiers) and don't give in to the people who are trying to take it away while they sit in a cozy office or on the golf course saying its our fault.

I remember dead Iraqi children being drug off a street after a bombing, watching their families screaming and crying, then fast forward 6 months and listening to some girl bitch about her boyfriend not calling her or something stupid like that. I couldn't help but wonder where the disconnect was.

What is more important, taking care of third world countries(food, health, children etc) or taking care of the homeless, sick, and under privilaged in our country(vets, mentally ill, children etc). I personally think the rich actors and other well to do want to be seen as some type of saviors by making such a big deal with helping other countries, while we have so many people here that need the help. Take care of our own first. Absolutly no reason vets from any war should be out of work and on the street.

I think you missed the point in its entirety.
