    Hopefully I would be stranded with several kegs of beer. After I gave myself a party for surviving whatever put me on the island, I could use the kegs to make a pontoon and get my ass out of there. But I guess that's not just one ingredient so....

    Beans - Good source of Protein, Carbs. Plus I'm from the south so I'm sure I could rig up something to catch a few fish...so my good fats would be covered, and I'd probably find something else to kill.

    I'm on an island so I should be able to figure out how to fish, find shell fish, clams and hope there is fruit trees somewhere.
