    I like using the smith machine to hold my belt when I'm not using it. It's extremely effective at that

    its awesome for hitting the flactoids, the hamdelts, the trapezoids, and the anterior rectalis majoris muscles

    I got about 30 seconds further. I hit the FF 3x and shut it down.

    The guys actually a grad of comlubia university and an actor. He actually sounds nothing like that, But does a very good impression of some jersey/nyc guys i know
