Does anyone use these veggie powders out there? Any good ones? All crap? I know nothing is like the real thing but I need another avenue

there are a variety of ways to eat veggies. of course, whole raw veggies is always the best.

You can try using a food processor with your veggies (not a juicer - too much sugar, not enough fiber), and drink down all the veggies you need for the day in a matter of seconds.

The only veggies I can eat are potatoes. The smell of asparagus or broccoli cooking just makes my stomach turn. It's smells like a dog just went diarrhea in the house. And there are people that like that taste?

There are those "superfood" supplements that they pimp at GNC and other health stores. I don't know how effective they are, but it's worth a shot. I'm willing to bet you're going to have to pinch your nose while you drink it.

I dont consider potatoes a veggie. I love potatoes. I dont love any veggies. I think people who say I love eating steamed broccoli with nothing on it are out there. There is nothing to love about any raw veggie out there.

Fresh corn on the cob is good. But if you get the store-bought shit, the texture and taste are disgusting. Luckily, where I live, there are a lot of farms just outside of the towns so I can get the fresh stuff.

I can eat most vegetables raw. I'll eat spinach sauteed, but not a big fan of it raw. I'm picky with asparagus and how long it is cooked. It has to be just right or its too hard or too mushy.

My wife uses that 'Green Food' stuff. Its a powder and I'm not sure what's all in it. But I do know it tastes like a$$. I'd rather eat raw veggies.

Now with that being said, if I had a choice, I'd grab a creme filled doughnut over any veggie any day.

You guys know how much butter I have to pour on my green beans just so that I can down them? Even then, I'm gagging and dry heaving the entire time.

Ahahahahahaha I don't even bother anymore. I can choke down cooked carrots, corn, and a really absolute last resort if my life depended on it - green beans.

If I put broccoli, cauliflower, spinach, brussel sprouts, or anything else in my mouth ill throw up from gagging before I can chew and swallow it.

Don't turn that into a joke ^^^^ lol

Gross. When I was a kid if we didnt eat our veggies we would not get a late night snack. I used to take my carrots at the dinner table and hide them in my socks and then dump them out in the toliet bowl.

I am just like all u guys hate veggies. But have found a couple different wayd to eat them. The main ones ill give examples.

All 4....asparagus, brocc, califlower and brussles. Use same ingredients. Evoo, garlic, and lots of citrus. Lemon and or lime. And then season of ur choice...for.me usually a ms dash or blackening spice.

Now mix all together. Sheet tray it (cookie sheet) set oven on high broil.

Cook until crisp...has a little char to them. Add different texture and taste. Its like eating a Pittsburgh steak. Trick is high high heat.....so doesnt become mushy....

For spinach I can not eat it cooked. Ttied so.many ways lol. Found raw in a salad form with balsamic vin and evo is pretty damn tasting if u find a good basalmic.

    Hope this helps

My sister used to do that with broccoli. It was awesome to watch her eat beets with her nose plugged and suffering through them.

    That sounds pretty good.
I usually throw my veggies in the pan that I cooked my meat in and cook over medium intill they begin to brown. Eat them right out of the pan .
You can do this with a large helping of spinach and arugula throw it onto a wheat wrap with steak and chicken and eat them on the road.
I eat them in the kitchen while I'm prepping the next one add a little raw honey it's good and good for you.

I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but the red peppers were fruits.
