what are pre and pro biotics exactly?
Sorry guys, internet isn't working for me atm, besides from this site and a few others, and I was mentioned by muscleink to try pre and pro biotics, but didn't get a chance to reply back to him.
Im facing a problem where my appetite isn't that great until night time for some reason, and im feeling full after eating small things. It may be because ive just started my cycle but im not using any AAS that I would think blunts my appetite and makes me feel full. No Tren , Dropped the dbol , no abombs etc.
Im using test/deca and eq, using eq to actually stimulate my appetite and since I got a few vials for free. Inb4 its useless remark.
Anyway, has anyone use pre and pro biotics? What have u noticed.

not sure what a prebiotic is, but a probiotic is an active bacterial culture taken to supplement/replace intestinal flora that has been compromised primarily due to taking antibiotics. if your intestinal flora is healthy/robust, then no need for probiotics.

actually I am not sure if this is true. I read a study where over 60% of people in the US don't have the proper bacteria in their gut. Not only is it usage of antibiotics, but the amount of antibiotics in the food supply. Another study seems to point to genetics as being a factor. People who have low bacteria counts seem to have children with low bacteria counts even as fetus's and very young children.. (yes I know children and babies have less bacteria in their gut than adults, but they have a standard measurable amount I am sure, which is what the studies are referencing)

I have been using the Garden of Life brand probiotic Ultimate Care. At first it kinda messed with my gut, but after a week I was always regular(again), and didnt have that bloating or weird feeling when I ate something that might disagree with me. I take one capsule daily. FYI
