Hey Not sure where to post this but sure some of you vets could help me out. Currently I'm working out 4 days a week. Playing hockey once, baseball twice and golfing around 3 or 4 rounds a week. Aside from a cycle which I'm not ready to do yet. What could I take to help my body regenerate faster. I keep doing everything and all of my muscles constantly have that torn feeling. Diet is ok. And taking gold standard whey twice a day and one scoop of gold standard casein at night time. No other supplements.
