It's been awhile, thought I'd update some progress
215 lbs
13% bf (still)
still taking the TB. stinger in my left forearm, trying to out run this thing and prevent further trauma/pain.
been off the morphine for maybe three weeks? I was on only for a couple weeks, and the dose was fairly light, with oral tabs.
off the shaker cup meals. no more drinking liquid egg white. once off the shaker cup meals, gas/bloat eliminated by over 90%.
meals are usually as follows:
1 banana (wake up)
8 whole eggs for bfast w/:
creatine
msm
multi
fishoil
resveratrol
psyllium husk fiber
what I take to lunch:
2 ea 12.5 ounce cans of chicken
4 or 5 pieces of fruit
this gives me almost 150 grams of protein and 1700 calories, all before dinner.
I'll update more later as things change

So I was 195 when I came home in April. Been eating well over TDEE averaging maybe 400 cals or so over. I'm maybe 212. So that's 17 lbs. in 6 months. Which is an average of 2.5 lbs/mo. BF% dropped 1% over same time period.
You know, I was hoping for more of a rebound since almost 250 of may last year. But 2.5lbs/mo is about all I'm getting lately. My current goal is 220lbs. by Feb. which is 4 months away, and I need around ten pounds, so that sounds about right.
It would be interesting to see if I can gain another 25 lbs year over year up to Feb 2016, putting me back at around 250. Sad thing is, I lost the 50 pounds in under a year, and it takes over two years to put it back on.
You young bulls take note, and be glad you can gain easy in your youth. It won't always be that way!

I'm about 215 right now. I think I may have found my groove. my gym strength is up considerably, my routines are "excellent" for me, incredible pumps and no injuries yet. Been home 6 months now, and almost to the point I feel I can trust my body not to blow out when I push it. I'm thinking if I can hold on to gaining 3lbs a month, I should be somewhere around 230 by april. And my BF% seems to be holding at 13%. Not great, but at least not increasing either.
I think I may be outrunning the tendon issue in my left forearm. Been back on the TB for over three, maybe four weeks now.

I think, on average, I'm about 217 right now.
this gaining 2lbs a month is a slow process! I try not to be impatient, and have to constantly remind myself not to over eat. but so far, the 34" waist (pant size) doesn't seem to be getting any tighter.
went clothes shopping the other day
had a helluva time
at 18" neck, a bit tight, but with a 35" sleeve and a "slim fit", well, I was looking at a very specific shirt for a wedding I'm going to, and had to special order the damn thing. I refuse to wear a regular shirt where you pull the stomach out and it gives you so much room for a friggin huge beer belly. I want to wear clothes that fit right, not for some fat ass beer swilling couch potato.....

I still really haven't broke 220 yet. Trying to be careful by not adding weight only in the gut. The speed limit still seems to be about 2lbs of lbm per month.

breaking 220 has become a challenge. I'm no longer thinking i'll benefit from any more "rebound" since it's been a year now. and hopefully, if my back gets fixed, i'll be able to up the intensity in the gym, although I really haven't been slacking too much....
