My wife just looked at me with a weird look. But it's loud as hell and would have been embarassing if I was at work. And yes, having to log in every visit is annoying.

I agree. I do most of my online at work and have had to hit mute QUICKLY several times.

wouldn't be so bad if it only did it once... Evertyime I check notifications, or go to a different part of the site, it comes back.... sometimes more than once...

I miss the old fly in banner. It was annoying but at least it was silent and only appeared once.

This is true! If all I have to do is put up with that one pop up to keep this site free I have no problem with that.

No one is suggesting that....I like Brian, think hes a good dude, and cant thank him enough for providing this community for us free of charge, and I know the dude needs to turn a profit....All we are saying is that for many of us, having someone shout STEROIDS the moment we access the page can be a detriment. I'd also make the argument, that if trying to make a sale, it has the potential to kill sales if customers access the site with their wives/s.o.'s in the other room and they hear STEROIDS real loud, many people talk about&do steroid surreptitiously, so the necessity for discretion is a real and valid concern. Thats all..

That video has been up for awhile now, and regardless of what anyone's opinion is, including mine, there's really only one important question. Are sales up or down? That's all that matters.
