    high blood pressure

Ok just finishing a cycle. Went to doc today for unrelated check up.

I do have "white coat syndrome" ( get anxiety at docs) but my blood pressure is through the roof she said. She didn't give me the bottom number though. And I forgot to ask cause aniexty went through the roof when I heard the top being at 150.

I do take 5mg x2 a day of Cialis. Cycle was 1-12 test e 300mg split. Tren A 1-10 100mg eod. These last two weeks I have been on winny 75mg a day. Stopping everything Friday. Im looking to find a monitor online...anyone got suggestions? I have to take my own at home because its always high when im at the docs obviously....even my heart rate was at 100.

    Any suggestions?

Are the machines at grocery stores accurate?

Just go to rite aid and get the machine with rite aid logo on it I have on and it lines up with the docs office perfectly.
Make sure you get the right cuff size for your arm. ( to small a cuff the reading will be high )
Mast machines are pretty good tho. Mine cost 80 $ stores infor for two people has software to link with your lap top

    Mate,

There is no dishonor in taking blood pressure meds. I do it. Many here do it. In fact, there is a correlation between blood pressure and longevity. And the sides are minimal.

Go ahead and do everything else to lower BP, but get the meds too.

    Roman,

They didn't even offer or mention meds because they mostly believe its cause of my anxiety when I walk in there.

I went and purchased a machine at Costco for something like $50. it includes software that will track all data over a period of time. at that point, you will be able to do a trend analysis. then you will be able to see for yourself

I'm a big fan of Omron monitors.

Also, I was told that if you have anxiety, the top number is usually elevated and the bottom number isn't affected as much. I don't have any science to back that up, but a nurse told me some time ago.

Tren put me in the hospital. 200/160. You're high at 150 but what was the bottom number. Relax. You will make it worse. Get a good night sleep and take it in the morning. If the doc was worried you wouldn't have left. Mine kept me there till someone could get me to the hospital. Your mind will make it worse. Relax. Take it agin. If it's high call the doctor. I'm on 5 mg of bystolic a day. 113/69 today with a 63 resting pulse. Relax.

Congrats!! Don't know what the bottom # was, but 150 isn't "thru the roof". Anyway, I've greatly reduced (don't even take it some days) my bp med due to a cialis/citrulline/arganine combo. Just took my bp and it was 115/68. 64 pulse.

Good luck with the wedding. Those are definitely stress-inducing

    I use this one regularly:
Amazon.com: Panasonic EW3109W Portable Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor White/Grey: Health & Personal Care

My bp jumps up to 160/110 or so every time I go to the doc. I have white coat syndrome as well. I just bring that little bp cuff with me and show them the stored readings. They usually make me do a reading while i'm there to make sure what they read is what my cuff reads so that it isn't way out of cal.
