Really bad wreck today in Indy on the highway. Semi driver lost his life in a firey crash.
Wreck is in the south bound, far side, of a divided highway (5 lanes each side).
Douchebag in the north bound lane, stops his car on the highway to take a photo with his camera. Almost made me wreck into him.
If I had hit him, I would have pulled a golf club out of the trunk and beaten him into a vegetative state.
I swear to god!

Not genetic at all, imho. Just always trained them as hard as everybody's else trains their chest and arms. Prioritize them and they'll grow. Train them first in your workouts.

Pisses me off to no end also. I HATE gawkers and have blasted my horn at more than one who slow down to 5mph to see what happened on the other side of the freeway.

It's not that hard, you just have to inject a mix of Test P 400 and Deca into the calves.
