    Cool CT Fletcher

For those of you who know who and what he is...you guys think the man is natural? I think he has to be at this point. He has a metal valve in his heart and is suffering from CHF. Guys a little bit of a pyscho but a damn good motivator. One of favorite dudes to watch.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JHiKDa4ip_Q

I find his spoken word funny. He has a motivation app where he talks and music is in the background. It doesn't really motivate me, because I find his cussing hilarious.

Lmao I have that app too. It cracks me up most of the time but his commanding your muscles to grow is handy to push the last rep to keep you going.

That's why I post in these forums, bc I trust you guys over them. However, he does admit to his AAS useage and sythol use. What does he lie about tho? He had given good advice in his delts and arms vidoes that worked for me. I would just like an example since your an extremely reputable member here.

I feel like the pro's like Jay and Heath always hold back actually tips and just explain the boring old basics because god forbid they give someone else and edge. I like seeking input from those outside the Mr. O for that reason. Or retired vets like Yates.

I find it funny when people are obsessed with proving they are 'natural'. In this day and age, it doesn't matter. People are going to form their own opinion regardless of what is said or done.

I learned this a long time ago when I first started seriously training at 125 lbs. After a year or so, I was 155 lbs., still small. Everyone I ran into immediately accused me of steroids . People will always think what they want. If the 'natural' people are natural, then it should be enough that they know the truth. Usually, when people act like that, they are hiding something.

I think its because most of the dumb as population assumes steroids and then they emmdieately dismisses your hard work ethic, dedication, and diet as a factor. and just think "steroids" just look at all those youtube F*ckers posting those stupid as comments. I heard these comments in person several times too. Pisses me off, like hoe you would never attain 1/3 of that size if you AAS now sit down and eat your candy.

I was accused of very juicing often when I was 16-18, but I just dedicated myself to my goals. Then said **** you wanna see me juiced, here you and also I wanted to dabble with them myself. Waited until I was 20. My parents are 5' 4 and 5"3 and I'm 5'7 (and 3/4 Hit puberty real early and had seen a friends run dbol and another a PH sophomore year of high school and they still outgrew me wtf.

Had done my research since I was 18. Pretty knowledge by now, no where near where the elite members are but I got more than basics under my belt.

You know who is compulsive liar Austinite, Kali (Top Raman) Muscle. He's full of shit, claiming to be all natural and have the strength of world class powerlifter. I bet in half of his vids he uses dummy weights. CT is more feasible of being natty "now" than Kali's ass will ever be.

Lol they don't hold back because they don't want to give someone an "edge" - they aren't worried about giving an amateur kid some advice and then him blowing up and taking their crown.

They have sponsors..... They can't and shouldn't admit to doing something that's considered illegal. Would you jeopardize a 300-400,000 contract to tell some kid how uou use steroids ?
Failure is not and option..... ONLY beyond failure is - Haz

Think beyond yourselves and remember this forum is for educated members to help advise SAFE usage of AAS, not just tell you what you want to hear

Im talking about how they train, its never very specific and always full of the cliches, like remember kids full R.O.M. and get the contraction. They never delve deep in how they lift such as varying rep ranges in the workout and what works best for what exercise and they advocate training with a schedule week round a lot of the times, yet I doubt they do that bc everyone has a lagging bodypart. Plus most of them are pretty damn boring to watch. I just never get as much out their advice then from people like CT or Rich Piana. Rich gets very specific while he is very controversial on certain matters I will admit. Oh but they could be worried about the other Mr. O contenders. Another thing the volume of their workout seems like that of a semi seasoned lifter too. I really doubt they are hitting arms for 9 sets each at this point? How would continue to stimulate growth on a man with 22 inch arms cut and dry. god bless them ha
