I was a bill collector / repo man in the ghetto for almost ten years.

Oakland and Richmond can be some pretty tough neighborhoods in the Bay Area

I work in Camden from time to time. The city I was in today (didnt make the list) had an execution shooting last week in the same complex I have to work in. They knelt her down and shot her in the head and face 5 times.

They have lookouts and if you aren't from the complex..... They know ur there before you put the car in park.

They're all hood areas..... All races live there. Lots of heroin and cocoaine bein sold by gangs. They can live cheap and feel "protected" - no one snitches. The people there don't even stop if a cop wants to ask them a question. If they're seen talking to law enforcement or someone who looks like law enforcement they can be killed.

Even the kids are taught from a very young age to not like cops. I'm not law enforcement but I had to walk through the area where the girl was shot. Kids on the play ground started yelling "cops are here!" To the whole complex.

I was driving past this after it happened. I completely forgot about this until now. There were hundred of cops. NJ because of Camden and Newark has some really bad areas.

Those kids have no shot at life. Its kinda sad. Most of them are destined for nothing but trouble....

That's the other city I mentioned above that didnt make the list.

Some areas of Newark are nice..... Others are so horrendous. What's funny tho is..... Durring the day it's relatively safe. Most of Newark works so durring the day it's not as bad. It's from 4pm to 4am that's really bad in some areas.

Now Paterson...... Not a fvckin soul works in the city. Not even kidding..... 11am Monday morning on a warm day and its the epitome of the hood. It's really bad there too..... Lots of drugs n gangs also.

No doubt about that area in Baton Rouge and New Orleans. There some spots worst than those two also.

Indianapolis has Meridian street, where the median home cost is $800,000. 2 blocks west of Meridian are crack houses.

My area on the east side used to have a lot of crime. In fact the we had more murders per capita than Gary. A Mexican gang parked a semi across the street in a little strip mall, painted a large 13 on the side and crime dropped to almost 0 in my area overnight. There are gang members who stand guard outside the grocery store and shops and are very respectful. Just don't shoplift.

I can tell you from personal experience 18-25 are not a mixture of races at all. 90% Black neighborhoods.

Dated a girl from #20. You do not go there at night time unless you are of race.

Seeing how Gary is not on the list I am going to say this is not an official list. Gary is the most crime ridden demographic in America for like 25+years running.

If you ever doubt the demographic stop in to E 60.

Dated a girl in Indy. Drove through the bad part of town and due to the town being "younger" it did not feel all that bad. Being from "those" neighborhoods my spider sense tingled the moment the tagging went up lol.

I can't believe my neighbourhood in Vegas wasn't on the list. Sierra Vista and Swenson is so god damned awful. There was some sort of shooting every week there. And there's a fvcking police station right across the street.

East St. Louis has really been cleaned up. Casino's went in and demolished a lot of the bad neighborhoods. New stores and restaraunts downtown. People can walk the district (at least int he day time)..
When I was a kid, I literally watched tires being removed from a car at a red light, in E St Lo

I think this may be an old list...

No NYC areas on list. I'll have to go out and shoot a few MFers to get our status back up.

I noticed that too, Knee jerk legislation in response to high crime rates. The violent crime rates continue to rise after the law abiding citizens are disarmed

Why I have a concealed carry and open carry license. Keep it next to my Military ID and DL. Never had a problem with a handgun in a state with hard core gun laws when I show all three cards at once.

Surprising how the states where people can conceal carry the crime rate drops.
