    How stupid can you get. Once you gain weight they are gone again. lol

    Yeah that guys chest is fvcked up. I would have opted for a chest/nipple surgery before the abs. I hope they are at least make from Kevlar and bullet proof.

    the gentleman in the photo may have had a mastdectomy cause of cancer. It does happen in men as well.
