Macro Calculator: More Revisions
Just added a "grams to go" function to the calculator based on your target macro splits, what you have consumed so far....
You'll see it in the upper right corner. There is a toggle where you either input a 1 or a 2 depending on whether male or female.
Still open to suggestions, if anyone has any?

as you can see, even though I still have almost 2kcals to go today, I can only consume 28 more grams of fat and still be within target..........

Very nice! How about uploading it to drop box and sharing the link in the diet and nutrition forum.

I may have to learn how to use this thing someday instead of living a life of denial.

Roman thanks for the beta build you sent. Will you explain how to change macro split percentage?

there are only a few operator input fields. They are ALL shaded YELLOW with a black box around it, with red fonts inside. To change the Macro split percentage, look to the upper right corner (see arrow). The total of the three inputs MUST = 100% else you will get an error message.
Let me know if this answers your question?
