I asked my sis who's a phlebotomist..... She says if you give your heart time to get back to a resting heart rate you should be okay.

Dunno if that's right or wrong myself......

Hmmm, cannot donate because I am on propecia. I guess I do some sort of blood dumping.

You can donate after working out but as Hazard mentioned, they'll turn you down for too high a heart rate. They did that to me. They gave me a few mi guess to see if it would come down and luckily it did.

I tried it on Tren and they turned me down cause the Tren kept my HR fairly high compared to what it is off-cycle.

    look at it this way..........

better to donate pre workout than post workout.

I've donated several times post workout and no issues. The donation center is right next to the gym, so I guess I usually donate post workout. The girls like it and get excited because I'm all "veiny". (is that a word?)

I donated a few weeks ago while on tren . Granted it was only wk 4 or 5 I believe but my HR wasn't an issue for me personally.

ah shit. I did say that, didn't I?

I got my pre and post mixed up.

I tried donating then working out, and cramped up probably due to dehydration or lack of fluids.

what I meant to say was...

better to donate post workout than pre workout.

    pardon my screwup!
