    Have y'all seen this yet? A bodybuilder with an infomercial. I like the dude and his scientific approach to training, but this may be a little much. Good for him though. If you can make the money, why not do it?

    Lol I like the jugglers a lot better! Basically he claims to have a proven way to gain "as much mass as you desire" without illegal aas. In that video he only shows one example of his technique on biceps. He does a set of 8 seated incline bicep curls then let's his arms hang while flexing his tris and stretching his bis. Drop weights grab a lighter set and repeat 3-4 times. He says he has a different technique for every lift and it will only cost you $97 if you act fast! He claims that doing this for 4 minutes at the end of each set will force cell expansion...

    Some bodybuilders think they could sell you anything to look like them. Sadly,people will buy into that crap. Many people new to lifting will waste $97.

    I understand why it is done. I just don't understand why the people buying the stuff are so ignorant. It's like buying the "as seen on TV" products. They are ALWAYS junk but the same people continue to buy every new product. If at first you don't succeed, BUY,BUY again!
