the video was a little long, and he was clearly ranting.
But he does have a valid point. We get this shit all the time from the newbs.
I had one the other day that was asking what was the point of lifting if not on steroids?
Nobody wants to do the hard work in the gym
Nobody really understands where there natural potential will take them
Nobody really wants to grow into their dose.
We get newbs here with maybe a year in the gym taking over a gram a week, stacked with orals and other shit.
We get newbs here that are taking steroids, yet don't have a clue about nutrition and how it relates to body building.
