I always graze heavily, but then I do get sleepy/seem to fit well into my recliner.

it's hard to eat enough high quality whole foods. You know that feeling, it's 8pm, and still over a hundred grams of protein short for the day.

one big sloppy grease burger with cheese and bacon can solve a lot of the caloric issues for the day

it wasn't too long ago I could use whey protein to fill in the cracks and not be too full.............

I took a couple of months off from tuna because the thought of eating one more tsp. made me sick. Tried a couple of cans yesterday...it was hard getting it down. I am done with tuna!!
Thank god for turkey and chicken. Anyway, a probiotic once a day and a couple of papaya enzymes after I eat has helped me eat a lot more. Should have listened to my wife months ago...I'll never tell her that, though

I am that way with salmon now. Can't stand even the thought of eating it.

That was my exact thought process over 2 years ago. It made me look like a cross between a sea lion and a whale.
