I count to 60 then get back after it!

Flex, isnt that what everyone does. You do a set of 4 or 5 reps then walk over to the mirror and stand about 2 feet from it flexing your biceps looking at yourself for the next 5 minutes? I can never forget this kid at my gym who ALWAYS did just that. 4 or 5 reps then go look at his 5' 10" 130 lb frame for 5 minutes. hahahahaha I thought he might be SPECIAL at first but no he wasnt.
DONT talk or text on your phone. Dont watch TV or any BS like that or you will spend to much time between sets. I do 3 or 4 sets in the same amount of time most people do 1 set.

Best things to do while between sets are looking at girls boobs and talking a good whiff of a ovulating woman. And since it is so hard to find picture of girls on the internet I would be happy do sell you some (picture of your wife or girlfriend cost extra).
