I hope this guy looses his job. What ever she did before the video was shot she was obviously subdued once he was on top of her. The plain clothes guy only interfered to prevent more of a beating.

Life in prison without parole. Nothing less.

$150K+ Civil Service at its best. He'll likely be let go or be made to retire, but it's guaranteed he’ll retain his 70-80% pension…

makes me sick that law enforcement doesn't even follow it themselves talk about hypocritical I've seen it happen too many times and have had it happen to me not all but most cops I've seen lie to benefit themselves

We don't know what provoked this attack. But clearly this lady was subdued after the first and second blow. Its a natural reaction to use forearms to protect face from Mr Right and Mr Left. I wouldn't call that resisting arrest.
Even if she was mouthy seems he couldn't stop the physical assault once he started. There will be a law suit.

This cop should be put in a crazy house or better yet, thrown in a ring with a real man that can loosen up his brain some more. Shouldn't be roaming around with society, not even as a civilian.

LOL, spoken like a true man going through a divorce or nasty break-up. Yeah it's pretty amazing what your might think about when someone is doing everything they can to fvck with your life, livelihood and future just because things did not work out they way they wanted or because they changed their mind...
During my court proceedings with wife #1 I was at the court house down town and about 10 minutes after I had left I heard on the news that there was just a shooting there. It turned out a guy walked into the same family court room I was in (I could have passed him on my way out) and shot his wife, killed her.
Long story but she had really fvcked him over starting right after getting married, been cheating, taken everything in only a couple of years and was successfully taking everything in his future. You can only push someone so far.
