Upsetting Fat Percentage Result!
Two months ago, I went to a clinic and used their scale where I stand on it to measure my hight, weight, blood pressure, and fat percentage.
The result were good:
Age: 23
BPR: 90
Weight: 72kg
Fat Percentage: 14.4%
I decided to go on a strict fat diet and use hydroxycut pills.
The current result turned:
BPR: 91
Weight: 67kg
Fat Percentage: 19.5%
Wtf?!?!

It's all diet. Don't buy in to the marketing crap. The most effective way to lower your BF is to reduce your calories below your TDEE and adjust macros accordingly. All the weight loss supplements in the world won't give you any sustainable results if you consume more than your TDEE when trying to drop BF.

Well, much of the fat we accumulate comes from over eating and too many carbs (especially simple sugars). Many fats/fatty acids are not only healthy but necessary.
I laugh at grocery labels that say "fat free" and people swarm to buy that stuff. Yup, fat free, and loaded with sugary carbs. Certainly not helping anyone lose weight.
