My girl has finally got on board and wants to gain weight and start working out (I'm super excited) and would like a magazine recommendation to help motivate and inspire her. Any recommendations? Her ideal would be fitness model (she use to do run way modeling - tall and skinny)...

How about a bodybuilding magazine for us guys? Anything good or they all just full of supplement ads? Thanks in advance, Dave

I don't bother with the mags. I don't trust their "factual" articles, and a bulk of the magazine is a platform for vendors and the supplement industry, which we all know most supplements do not work.

Pretty much this. Maybe take her to a local show see if it gives her an idea of what type of physique she might want to aim for.
