after a rough ass break up im back to regular gym attendance finally, ill be in the diet and lifting sections seeing what ive missed. i didnt stop lifting just not anywhere near enough to keep where i was, oh well minor setback....hope i see some old faces!! ok, avatars....think i already saw kel's leg veins so im starting things back the right way eh??

i talk like you all know what i mean lol i had a horrid end to a tumultuous relationship and my schedule messed with my gym time, only thing more important thant the gym is my son and i had to work ot all day to make ends meet then try to see him so, what can you do

yea LB it was funny, def cheap and dark and i felt welcomed back in a a strange way ha
kel its a spin on a brittish saying that basically means like the equivalent of bloody hell, back in black actually figured it out, but its echy thump i think, the spin is given by the white stripes its the name of a song and i believe an album
