Dry throat and blocked nose in mornings.

Hey guys, and girls. For the last few days ive been waking up with a dry throat and blocked nose, basically id say im breathing through my mouth and not my nose when i sleep. Feel very average cos of this. My throat isnt exactly sore, well a little but more so dry and my nose is blocked.

I had a sleep apnea test done a few months back and really Ceebs having one done again, maybe im just getting a cold im not sure. Today is the worst though cos i slept in. Anyone have any suggestions on how to stop it/prevent it and clear myself up now?

    Thanks

LOL ^^^^ I was going to say STOP playing with the white powder.

It's summer, it's dry and a lot of dust. Get a humidifier for your room. It will clean the dust/air and add a little moisture. You can also use a natural nasal moisturizer.

Terribly sorry to hear that. But back to the problem at hand, I also recommend a humidifier to see if it makes a difference.
