    I FINALLY figured out what Cross Fit is good for!!!

    They major sneaker companies are finally making good/great weight lifting shoes. I picked these up:

    Reebok CrossFit Nano 4.0

    and they are awesome. I have a fake hip and since using these my squats and leg presses feel so much better because of the flat sole with no arch support.

    Now, if I could figure out how to take the crossfit lettering off they would be a perfect 10.

    I DETEST Crossfit but love these shoes.

    I had Tom Platz squat shoes by Addidas many years ago. They were awesome. Wish I could find them in my basement, if I didn't throw them away....
