The special effects were amazing, and HOW COULD YOU FALL ASLEEP DURING THAT MOVIE ???

I watched it 3 times in the theaters just to feel the full affect of the movies action scenes (like the lobby scene).

artisan produces some good movies.i can appreciate Blair Witch's concept and i did think it was a good one.i liked it.the last 15 mins were definately worth it to me.i like the way it was made.i think it got alot of bad press after it hit the mainstream for a few weeks.you have to admit though, it did cause a stir before it's release.you just can't maintain that type of hype theatrically to a mainstream audience in a "documentary" style film.

one of the best documentaries ever made that won huge awards and hit all major markets was "Hoop Dreams".excellent movie.one in my collection.

i wish "ali" was made that way and not w/ actors.i would have paid 10 times the price of admission for that.of course, without a big name star like Will Smith(who is god awful), it would never be seen or sell tickets to mainstream america.sucks how hollywood works.
