is 8 weeks enough to cut or sohuld i do 9?
My original plan was to start tomorrow, but im full on with work for the week and its easier to bulk as its more chillax for me during that time, the week after tomoz, im quite with work but that leaves me roughly 8 weeks and 2 days to cut for my holiday.
I was going to eat at maintenance or a tad below and use cardio to burn the additional 400-500cals, plus gear/t3 clen etc. May throw in DNP to.
My stats are
5,11
112kg, bodyfat honestly im not sure, I don't have a gut but I don't have abs, probably 18 or so percent id say, maybe a tad higher.
Ive also got about 4ml of deca remaining which if I bulked for 1 more week I could use. Im honestly thinking 9 weeks would be great, 8 weeks is starting to cut it short.
Suggestions.
I will be running mast/tren/test with t3 clen and perhaps DNP, also if im lean enough will be adding var and stana in toward the last half. Cardio twice per day and eating at maintenance.
Roughly 3000calories ill be trying to eat perhaps lower.
