    Best time to hit abs?

I do weight training 4 days a week
2 days a week i do HIIT Cardio for 37 minutes

I workout in the evening 6 to 7:30pm

Sometimes due to sleeplessness due to Pre workout, I feel like hitting abs intensely at night.
Is it fine? As I wake up late in the morning usually after 9-10 hours of sleep and down a protein shake immdly after waking up

Kel suggested doing them.prior to a back or leg workout since it helps loosen up the lower back. I'vd.tried it and it works great. I guess if you want a separate abs session....do it??

Hit abs every time you workout. Just like Calves.

Empty stomach eh.. Doesn't really matter as'long as you have good form, i workout abs EOD with good form, Gives them a little more time to rest, they are a small muscle and heal quite quickly "For me".

Yea, no matter how hard I do, the soreness subsides in a day or so...they heal quick for me as well
So I'll hit them tonight before sleep. Lets see how it works

37 minutes of HIIT can't possibly be HIIT. Maybe MIIT.

Abs are massive and I do them at most twice a week, after legs. Don't understand why they need extra work, unless you are huge and ripped and have no abs, then maybe they need extra.

37 minutes include active rest 15s, followed by cardio exercises 40 s, can call them MIIT.

& Check this one out. I've been doing this thrice a week, followed by some medium intensity crunches n sides.
