Ok now I feel privileged. Do any of you remember fireguy and his wife? They both do the bb circuit. He and wife have won many competitions. I went to one competition they were in like 5 years ago. He IM'd me and said he saw me at the gym but was with a client. He will say hi next time. Now I know to keep an eye out.

Gym Rant for the day. I was at the gym at 5am, very few people there early Only 2 of us in the free weight area and I was on the preacher curl bench. I was into set #3 I think and the only other guy in there who had been doing dumbbell bench got up and grabbed a couple of other dumbbells and started doing curls directly in front of my. I didnt even notice at first but about 1/2 way through my set I thought about it and looked and there was 30 ft of mirror or more and he decided to stand directly in front of me? lol

Ask this older gent...how many more sets he had. And since I walked in the gym have already seen him so 4-5 sets already.

His response was 12 more sets!!!!!

And no bull shit he did 12 more
