Study says wife's happiness more crucial than husband's in keeping marriage on track

I thought this was interesting even though my husband's response was that men know this already.

That reflects a saying I heard quite a bit when I was growing up..."if Mama ain't happy, no one is happy".
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

And that's why they invented moma's little helper, valium.

If either one person focuses more on their happiness than the other persons then there will always be trouble.

Every once in a while, I like it when a woman shows me too much attention in front of my woman. Reminds her not to take me for granted, and that if other women are still willing to pay attention to me, then my woman has something to lose.

I think it keeps the spark in the relationship a little better.
