The good thing is these cops cant hit shit, because at that distance he couldve killed the boy, and then it would be another big problem. Cop got charged but still, this kind of behavior is all too common for several reasons. Cops are too edgy these days because of all the trash they deal with. They need to be fed some chill pills before each shift.
