    Should have put a column for the smaller guys, i mean a lot are 160 or 175 and cut to the ribbon.

    I would have put at least a 140 to 180 column

    Not that matters to me i am at 213 right now.

    When I was power-lifting I tipped 252 lbs .... but I decided the extra weight was slowing me down elsewhere ....

    Now about 212 lbs ....

    weighing in at a solid 242 today on the scale at the gym. been on a real low maintenance dose of t200 for a few weeks along with some hcg . started the slin monday, and will pound every available juice i can find in massive doses starting next week! gonna grow.......alot.

    Around 197 but in seems to flucuate between 197 and 204 at the mo and B/F is <11%.Going to start S,Clen and Clomid next week so I,m hoping B/F will drop a bit more.

    Was going to go balls out for mass but just going to experiment over xmas with different diets/cardio/clen and see how the body reacts to see if I can keep at 14st 196lbs and get the b,f at 8%

    265 at 12%, finished cycle a few weeks ago going to start back up in Jan. Tyring to maintain until then with just slin. Hope to come into a spring show around 232 at 3 to 4%.
