Steroid.com Pop up

OK I know a lot of you have asked about how to stop the pop up because it can be a little embarrassing of you forget and leave your volume up and you are not at home or in a private environment.

This is what I just did tonight as a test. This is using Firefox.

When the banner pops up pause the video. Do a right click near the top and choose This Frame and then choose View Frame info.

When the other window opens click the permissions tab. Set open Pop up windows to block. Go down to Active Plugins and set Adobe Flash to block.

Since it's a flash video and these settings will only take effect for this site and wone effect other sites.

You will have to close your firefox and restart it for it to take effect.

I tested it and when the pop up does start it's blank except for saying this plugin has been disabled.

Aye that is annoying that fvcking thing. I use my phone 99% time so like you said the volume is up full blast. It does not come on all the time so i don't know if it's something i hit by mistake.

No it just pops up when it wants basically. If you clear your cash and history it comes up right away.

You might be able to do the same thing on the phone, disable the flash for just steroid .com

I never understood how people can use browsers/internet for so long and not know that ad-blocking extensions exist for any browser. Just install one, they're free and available since the 90's.

Some employers done like or allow you to install external software.

YEAH! I am that person! Had it not been for a job ending injury.I wouldnt know how to turn this thing on.I SUCK on these things.But I am learning:/
