This video is hilarious.
My favorite way to cook chicken breasts is to soak them in a traditional brine with salt and molasses. Soak the breasts for 12 to 24 hrs, dry them, season them heavily, and grill em. They usually come out quite tender.
And forget about 165 degrees internal temp for finishing. That number is far too high, and you will be assured a dried out breast. You just want a glossy white texture in the middle, maybe 130-140 degrees?, but you can tell just by looking.

I boil mine all the time and it's people like oven cooking just boil it to death for 10 chicken breasts in a pot from cold to cooked in 25 mins perfect. Let them cool and into air tight ikea lunch boxes keeps them from drying out

I know it flavorless.
sometimes I will treat myself and add some Italian dressing but I don't have alot of time.
I was using the George Foreman grill but dam thing died.

If chicken is juicy..... It easy to eat. You just hafta get the temperature and cooking times just right. Once you figure that out its not so bad.

If the chicken's cooked right, it doesn't taste bad. Best way to add flavour to chicken breast is with a meat syringe and there is no such thing as too much garlic. I like injecting red pepper, lemon juice, garlic, onion, a touch of salt and a splash of white vinegar into chicken breasts and then grill them. Then put some Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce on in while it's grilling (or use some Tapatio sauce after it's done cooking) and you got a meal.
And if you get fresh tuna, it's pretty good. The canned shit is nasty though.

I love this guys videos, he cracks me up.
I bake my chicken at 275* covered for 3 hours then let it sit in the oven for a couple more to cool down slow. I season it with paprika, garlic salt, taco seasoning, black pepper, and onion powder. I freeze them warm and they are super tender and juicy when thawed out. I put them in my salad and just break them up by hand, they shred with no effort at all.

It is mostly raw veggies and chicken tossed in a bowl with apple cider vinegar, red wine vinegar, and olive oil, there is very little lettuce. I hate eating samiches, the bread is such a waste of calories.

agree. I've seen two now. both funny. but the other one where he was baking or making a cake/cookie (can't remember), and subbing all these ingredients (flour is for pussies, use protein powder; baking soda is for faggots, use creatine.....) and then at the end he takes a bite out of his creation and almost vomits.
