Just a quick notion I've been experiencing as of late.
As I continue to eat more 'bro' (rice, chicken broccoli, beef kinda thing) and eat less sweet things like chocolate (more of a weekly treat now) I seem to crave the chicken breast and brown rice at random times. Like I woke up for a piss at 3am and craved chicken. Strange isn't it.
Prior to getting my diet in check I used to love chocolate, like I'm talking about eating a king sized twix bar (2 sticks) daily. But as of late I haven't had one in over 6 months and the only chocolate I let myself have is 1 tablespoon of nutella once a week. But the strange thing is.. I don't feel like having that anymore...
It's like I look at it and feel ill and decide not to have it and when I do have it, it doesn't seem to satisfy like it used to....
Do I have an eating disorder?
