    There was no pm pic. I rarely post pics anymore. When I hit 14-16% maybe. Maybe.

    I train 4- 5 times a week, sometimes 6 for extra cardio. I watch my diet. But it's not the look for everyone. I am not on hazards team (booty not big enough) and I can't be on austinite team (he like tiny skinny gals).

    14-16% is probably 8% for a man.. So even a woman at 25% or so is great .. Considering a woman's curves
