Bringing PCT to canada risky?

I ll be traveling soon to another country (plane) and i know bringing steroids is risky and dumb. But what if I bring pharmacy grade Nolva and Clomid (lets say same amount as pct) with me to canada? Is that risky and dumb?

Edit: this is overseas flight. If they say, what are these i ll say the nolva is for my gyno, dr prescribed me lol

2 questions:

1) Does this count as prescription label? Or it needs to have doctor's name and instructions aswell?

2) Doctors note is the prescription note that you give to the pharmacy and they give you the drug?

No, it needs a label with the doctors name, pharmacy (not manufacturer) and says it's for you.
