Thanks guys! Today is 12 weeks post-surgery and Happy New Year! I had slap tear and not full thickness tear of rotator cuff of left shoulder. It was repaired and also had a biceps tenodesis. Well, following y'all's advice, I utilized TB500 and skipped hgh (mainly because I lacked a reliable source). Doc says that I'm a month ahead of planned rehab. I can't completely attribute it to the TB500, as I don't have any comparison, but I'm very pleased. I've had full range of motion for a couple of weeks. I've had to wait for any significant resistance training due to the anchors holding the biceps tendon. But, I'm on my way back. Thanks again!
