I am again an unhappy overweight chump and I think it's time to do something about it so I got to thinking of the old days and this board...thought I would browse around for a few. I hope to find that same positivity that supports people through their ups and downs and achieving their goals and am looking for some inspiration and support so I can get back on the horse and live a healthier lifestyle.
August 2004 I needed badly to learn about nutrition and excercise, I took what I learned here and achieved more than I could have imagined (clean too, at first).
January 2015 - Time to do it all over again...I think I somewhat know how but a lack of consistency has been a killer over these last 5yrs.
Anyone else looking to reclaim a more active lifestyle?
Glad to see another "old" face. Congrats on your decision to regain/surpass your previous goals. For motivation, stop by the "Marcus' Diary" thread.... it did the trick for me. I started @ page 1 and by page 3, I was getting my old lifting notebook out and working up a grocery list.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...
