Anyone have any issues with WU concerning recipient name is similar to a banned name, please provide recipients date of birth?

as it sits now money is on a hold and I can send it or cancel it with out DOB.

You can't talk about payment methods on here unless you are talking about buying model trains or something like that.

I meant not so much as a payment method for a particular sight but as a general question, but I get it.
