No gym in 2015... Gettin CRAAAZY!!!
Fvuuuuuuuuuuuck!!!!
Havent been since 31.12 I am on antibiotics and getting CRAZY, If I would be living in the rent and not my own I would smash this place up!!!
Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
7more days to NOT go!
Plus studying for my final exams!!!! Need a distraction and some endorphins!
Wanna hit it sooooooooooo bad!!!! I am shaking guys!!
HELP ME!!!!

Take the time to concentrate on diet. I just had oral surgery today and they told me no lifting for 2 weeks also. Antibiotics, stitches and a bone graft. Fun stuff. Doesn't hurt though. Must be the vicodin.

I had a large mole removed from my back and 5 stitches and they said absolutely no lifting for 2 weeks. That lasted about 2 days.
But, as said def. take this time to let your body rest as that's really important too. when you get back to the gym you'll be ultra motivated and will crush your workouts. This is also a good time to be out as the newbies that only last 2-3 weeks are clogging the place up.
