    help to quit chewing?

So, they have things like E-cigerettes to help people quit smoking. Do they have any supplemental aid to help people quit chewing? I've been chewing for several years now. I chew about 3/4 of a can of Copenhagen a day. It's my belief that the desire to quit must be stronger than the desire to continue, but I sure wouldn't mind a little help along the way. Does anyone know of anything out there that would help me quit my habit? I'm referring to things that would be an equivilant to E-cigerettes for smokers; not things like chewing gum.

Muscle you can try some herbal snuff they sell in the tobacco smoke shops. I did that along with nic patches for a month to wean off.

It will help but as you know you REALLY have to want this! If I can do it anyone can! I was bad 3/4 to 1.5 cans a day and even woke up at night to have a chew!!

Anyway I will be at 6 years off in a couple months. Good Luck!

Buy shredded beef jerky chew. The stuff is good and it helps switching from one habit to another.

I tried these once, but it didn't help all that much. Actually, I enjoyed the feeling I got with the patch on and a chew in at the same time lol. Fail.
