    Too big...

    I was speaking with a girl at work about the possibility of her joining a gym and what sort of exercise she would do if she did. It's stupid how she told me she doesn't want to lift weights just incase she gains too much muscle? If she's not careful?? Because it's incredibly easy to gain muscle isn't it? It doesn't take discipline, careful dieting, hard training and years of dedication does it? Rant over haha

    Yeah the girl in your picture must of made the mistake of lifting weights a couple of times. She slipped, fell and gained loads of muscle...

    It's taken me 10 years to get my other half to start lifting. She loves it now she has started.
