I saw this on fb. It's hard to believe the bone would snap that way. I can't imagine my knees bending backwards. It didn't look like she was pushing that much weight!!!
I didn't watched the second vid.

Not watching either. I tell people all the time not to pop lock the knees on leg press, I can imagine the breaking and don't care to see it.

Wtf, she's gonna get payed bcuz she doesn't look like she wanted to do it
-
Ugh.... That's terrible; I guess the trainer in the blazer didn't notice her locking out in the previous reps... I wonder how they got her leg out.... I wish the video would of continued so we could see if it was a real injury or just one of those joint conditions that is mentioned above which is a super double joint kind of issue bc she didn't seem as if she was in terrible pain from what I could see but that could of just been shock as well of coarse

Been good. I just started a new cut. (Always). I am going to give this my best shot. Trying paleo and eliminating all carbs except veggies only 1 fruit per day. Then roll into a cycle of mixed compounds. strategically of course.

We didnt have cable back then and my parents were to cheap to buy a VHS or Beta max. Luckily my much older sister who rented a place behind us was a product of the 60s and her boyfriend had an extensive collection of playboy, penthouse, hustlers and a few others and she gave me a spare key so I had a place to go and get away from for a few hours a day after school under the guise of feeding her cat/dog and doing homework.
I must have read every page in every magazine at least 5x. Yes I actually read. Hustler and Penthouse had some good stories. lol
Then when I was 17 a buddy got a job at a video store with of course a large porn collection. Man those were the days. I didnt think life could get better. Then we got the internet and better yet newsgroups..
