Thanks.
Ya diet has been the biggest struggle. But once I started lifting with the right group of guys. I fell in love.
Some days it's odd but I still feel like the smaller guy that I was.
Any one else have pictures from before they started working out

Funny story.
a very good friend of mine from high school who I have not seen since the day we graduated was at the local gun range a few weeks ago and I knew him but he looked at me like a stranger. So I didn't say hi thinking it must not be him
Because there is no way he would ignore me.
Then same guy started working out where I lift.
I finally walked over and asked his name ( yup it's my old friend) I said do you remember me . He says no I have never met you. I told him my name and he got this smirk like I was messing with him. After he looked at me for a few. He said holy shit you changed so much.
I didn't really see it as that drastic.
That's why I went searching up old pictures.

also wanted to say my wife will now be going with me to the gym.
She set out her goals with me.
I'm planning all of both our meals for the next three months. I did a clean sweep thru the house and tossed out the shite food that she enjoys and restocked the pantry with health option.
She is very pleased with my level of support for her goals.

Living the joocy lifestyle, I see - lol
Kinda fvcked up that I don't think 210/lean @ 5'10" is that big any more
People tell me I'm huge - I'm like wtf, I'm only like 210
But, in "real life" it's like 35 pounds of LBM on the average guy < think of what 35 pounds of steak looks like

The wife had a conversation with a girl at the gym today about lifting steel to get fit along with cardio.
I did not get involved..
My wife was astonished to here that the girl weighed 130/ 135
Muscle that's tone and fit weighs more but looks better.
I have been telling my wife for years that females lifting weights will not look like men. But hearing from a girl who's living the lifestyle is what it took to believe it.
