I've never had any such issues on my end, because I don't mix my work and personal life (i.e. don't touch co-workers).
But I suppose I have been hit on by female co-workers and didn't appreciate it, especially because I have a GF and they were somewhat in a position of power over me.
And no, I didn't claim sexual harassment, because it was a nuisance rather than a threat.
What Bona posted is a very prudent approach to this. If you think your personal life can get screwed up due to a sour relationship, etc., imagine how bad it would be if your personal life amd work life were intertwined when the sh!t hits the fan.
