Do I have gyno?
I am worried I have gyno. My chest looks like crap as does the rest of my body. I seem to have the skinny fat look going on. I have been battling back and forth whether or not I should cut or bulk to improve my physique. I decided to cut about a month ago and have been able to drop about 10lbs thanks to the guys (and girls) of the diet section. I am 6'2" and currently 212lbs. Im hoping this thread can give me the answers to some questions I have-
Do I have gyno? If I squeeze my nipple I can feel a tiny pea size lump behind each one. When my nipple become "erect" my chest looks 10x better... I dont know if that is a sign its gyno. If I do have gyno, will austinite's gyno protocol work for me? I should also note I have started HRT with clomid at 50mg a day because I had low test.
Do you guys think my physique would benefit more from more size or continuing to cut? My plan is to cut until I get to a reasonable body fat and then do a cycle to put on some good clean size.
What do you think my body fat is?
Any other advice or tips would be greatly appreciated. Im going to try to attach some pics that I just took to show you what im talking about.

Also, the most frustrating thing is even though I lost 10lbs and have been eating excellent, I just look like slightly smaller version of what I looked like when I was 222lbs and eating fastfood everyday and that was well over 3 months ago. Ill post a pic of when I was that weight for reference.

Its hard to tell from a photo. It might just be fat. When i get fat it goes to my chest. But i have had gyno surgery. If you do have gyno it will be only small and when you get your body fat low you wont even notice it. Only you can answer that question about wither to bulk or cut. What are your ideal stats? If it was me i would cut down to 10-13 bf what is easier for you to manage then just clean bulk till the day i die

I don't know about the gyno but they do look puffy. But then again you look like u are retaining water. Is your sodium high??
I think u should cut. Then clean bulk. Recomp is hard to do imho.

Lump = gyno.
No lump = No gyno.
Don't squeeze your nipples.

My nipples are puffy and when I flex my chest you can see my nipples aren't flat on the muscle. Should I try the gyno protocol listed on here or is it because I have a high body fat?

It doesn't look like gyno in the photos, looks like you bf is way too high. Start dieting down and when you get sub 15% you should start to notice the fat moving away from your nipples. At your current bf you nipples will not lay flat against your chest, too much cusion in the way. I too have fat deposits around my nipples because my bf is 15%+ at the moment, even though I am carrying a large amount of muscle. Diet is your answer, along with patients.

^^^agree Even when you lift and build muscle for most guys at %20+ you will hold fat in your nips and be a little puffy.

I agree with the others, drop body fat, diet, cut of course, dont bulk.
Dont use any gear because you will be more acceptable to gyno.

Thanks guys.... I stopped eating out and drinking sugary drinks about 3 months ago and have gotten even more serious about a month ago and have lost ten pounds... I am eating 500-700 cals under TDEE.

Just stay the course and give it some time, train hard and eat clean, things will work out fine.

get on an ai, rather than just a serm,
this is the protocol i have seen work well
good ais to use adex, and asin. i would pick asin of the the 3 since it is suicidal (meaning it kills the aromatase enzyme AKA what converts excess test to estrogen as opposed to temporarily binding to it like adex and letro). Typical dosage would be 12.5 mg eod at 500 mg test, some may need more, some may need less. Adjust as seen fit by low/high estro sides (not gonna get into these right now, but may later if someone would like) or preferably by BW taken around 4 weeks in. Adex is cheaper, but also harsher on lipids, non-suicidal (meaning estrogen rebound), and not as effective for most people (some people don't respond well to adex at all where I haven't witnessed that really with asin). Typical starting dose would be something like .5 mg eod, but once again will needed to be adjusted to more or less in some people (or depending on how much test you decide to use)
then add in your serm, colmid is better if someone is pcting, Nolva/ralox (ralox being another SERM and possibly the strongest against gyno) are also good to have on hand to combat gyno on cycle. If you have puffy, itchy nips and ESPECIALLY if you feel lumps forming start on one immediately. You will also want to raise your dose on AI to crash estrogen or use letro if you have some on hand. This probably isn't an issue for a first cycle. In fact it should NEVER be an issue if you learn how to control your estro levels. However, with more hormones you'll find weird things can happen sometimes. Good to be aware of for the future and just in case.

he said he stared clomid at 50mg, and ai and a different serm would work much better, but then again he most likely isnt at the stage, or on enough, or any gear to need it,

You'll need to go down to 190lb or lower to start looking pretty good. I was in the same boat as you are 2yrs ago, same height/body composition, you don't have much lean muscle mass tbh. Get down to 185lb and then start a clean bulk you'll start looking great. Don't know about the gyno, not an expert on the subject.

It isn't anything I would suggest surgery for. And I am willing to be if you dropped your bodyfat down to low teens you wouldn't even notice it anymore, or it wouldn't bother you. Even if there is a small amount of gyno, right now it makes it appear large simply because the excess fat around it. Reduce the bf, then assess it again. I was going to get gyno surgery, based on my previous dr's advice. Went to a plastic surgeon and he actually advised against it unless I lose more weight first, then see him again. I ended up getting a new dr. This was several years ago, my bf is a bit higher right now and it bothers me more, but at low bf it isn't anything to worry about.

I'm kinda feeling the same about myself , my bf is about 15 16 % at the moment and my nipples get puffy enough and looks very shitty! But I believe it is water/fat on chest what makes them puff out like that! So hopefully when drop to 10% it should go away! Plus I have no lump or nothing under the nipple no soreness or nothing like that...

I'm not sure if he has it , I don't know him hah ? but yea it's very wired I always kinda had it even younger but now looks more coz of bf at the moment , so it could be genetics that my nipples are naturally puffy , which sucks

My dad is pretty over weight and "big framed" so I think we dont share much for genetics in that aspect. I feel as though I do have a good amount of lean mass as I can do about 20-25 good wide grip pull ups and I can bench my body weight about 15 times. I'm not sure if that means I have lean body mass but I thought it did.
