    If you where in the USA or could get here go to Nichols state in Louisiana and get a double Bach degree safety and petroleum tech, they make those guys company men starting is 1500 a day on land rigs offshore is double. If you are in Norway get a Bach in Mech. Eng. and an MBA you will be running whatever company u work for in 5 years.
