Whoops my fat fingers I till you!! But looking for some constructive criticism on my back. This is just a relaxed stance. Mind you I'm as pale as Casper the ghost haha. Also I'm pretty tall at 6'8 so any areas to improve more than other would be appreciated! The whole back can use work but any area more than one!?
Hard to tell unless you lean out. I know you didnt ask about legs but thickening them up wouldn't hurt. Being so tall you have long muscles. It's hard to look like a beast.... BUT..... If you achieve that status..... You'll look like a monster compared to a 5'8 guy.
From what I see.... The width looks there. Thickness seems there but I can't see it from te side. Overall you just need more size. I'd DEFINATELY concentrate on legs tho
Upon a 2nd look..... Your trap thickness can improve.
Lol I agree with the legs man! It sucks I have terrible genetics with my legs. No matter how much weight or rep scheme I hit they have hardly grew for me. And trust me going a** to grass being 6'8 that's along ROM haha. But thanks for the advice appreciate it!
What I'd be afraid of is widening your lats and delts anymore without the legs growing. Maybe Marcus can help out with the leg issue. There isn't a pair of legs on this earth that won't grow.... You just gotta figure out what u need to do to achieve itOriginally Posted by GingerbeardJ

So just for an example of one workout would be
Leg extensions to warm up 4 sets 20 rep just to get blood flowing
Squats: 135x20 225x15 275x12 315x10 315x10 365x6
Hack squat with a narrow stance 4 set of 10 to 12 with 4 plates
Leg press narrow stance or a smith narrow stance squat 4 sets of 8 to 12 if leg press 5 to 6 plates if smith 2 plates to 3
And finish off with leg extensions 4 sets of 12 with 210 to 250.
And hit calves 3 times a week.

6'8", yikes your a big boy and yes that makes it a lot more difficult. Yeah your legs are lacking but you dont have chicken legs by any means. I say work on them to gain size and it will help everything else including dropping some BF.
You have long lat insertions which is great if you build a set of wings what you could fly with, use what you got and make them freaky. The picture would look better if you pulled your shorts up to your waist instead of hanging just of your arse. Thickness isn't that bad and to be honest many guys fail in this area but you seem from that angle that you have some decent thickness.
Areas what I would work on are width, yes you have long wide lats but make them hang off you like slabs of beef. I would also work on thickness keep on doing what your doing lower lumber needs thickening up and traps but from what I can see you just need overall development to make it freaky. Now if you want to look better from the back get some triceps movement going, thicken those tris up and build those traps. I am going to be honest with you because i'm not going to blow smoke up your arse but you look like you have never trained your legs in your life and look like the typical spinning top bodybuilder who trains for fun.
Your leg routine needs work, compact those sets, combine movements and train them hard. I cant fully explain in detail atb this moment in time because I am short of time I need to be somewhere in 10mins but come on a good heavy wind would blow you over so build those trunks and be serious with your legs because your not at this moment in time.
One last thing, don't do dnp again omfg come on. Please no excuses all I am going to say is fuking hell wtf, enough said.
